Home care in Ireland runs on small teams, long rotas and a phone that keeps ringing after the office closes. We're starting here, with providers and hospices who want every call answered and their nurses woken only when someone needs a person.

We build Hettie with pilot teams. They shape the rules, the scripts and the dashboard with us.

Hettie adds a new layer of contact with your clients, so your team can see when, and where, a person is really needed. Three rules guide everything we build:

• The client always knows. Every call starts with Hettie saying it's an automated assistant. Where a call is recorded, it says so at the start.
• Your nurse decides. Hettie listens, writes it up and passes things on. Every clinical decision stays with your team.
• Data stays in the EU. Transcripts, call write-ups and client details are stored and processed in the European Union. Where your service keeps recordings, they are held there too.
