By phone, from an Irish number in your agency's name. Clients and families talk to Hettie the way they'd talk to your office. Your staff get urgent calls transferred live, alerts by call or text, a summary every morning, and everything else in the dashboard.

You don't need it to start. A spreadsheet of clients and your on-call rota is enough to go live. When you're ready, we connect to your care management system so calls, alerts and notes land in the client's record.

It follows the rules you set for each branch. Anything that matches an urgent rule, such as a fall, trouble breathing or a client alone and unwell, goes live to your on-call nurse. When Hettie isn't sure, it sends the call to a person. If someone describes an emergency, Hettie tells them to ring 112 or 999 straight away.

It's built to take work off them. Routine questions get answered, messages arrive sorted by morning, and your on-call nurse only hears the calls that need them. Your team sets the rules once and changes them in the dashboard when they want to.

Client data is health data under Article 9 of the GDPR, and we treat it that way. We work as your processor under a signed data processing agreement, store and process data in the EU, tell callers at the start of every call that Hettie is an automated assistant, say so when a call is recorded, and give you access controls by role and branch, a full audit log and a retention period you choose.
